Twisted Sister endorses Gore

The July issue of Reason magazine reports that Dee Snider & his 
colleagues in Twisted Sister have endorsed Al Gore for president, 
mainly because of Al's alleged concern for the environment. Back in 
1985, Snider was hauled before Gore's Senate Commerce Committee 
during TIpper's great campaign to clean up rock lyrics. While Frank 
Zappa loudly denouced the Gore's decency campaign, Zappa's widow Gail 
has given Clinton and Gore hundreds of thousands of dollars since 
1995, and Zappas kids, Moon, Diva, Dweezil, and Ahmet, have also 
given money to Gore & other Dems. Diva asked Tipper to sit in on 
drums during a performance last December.
