No. Koreans aren't the dogs. Kim Il Sung and Syngman Rhee are the dogs.

CB: Well, Kim Il Sung and Syngman Rhee were Koreans.

But , actually this is a small advance for Brad D. since he places Truman and Stalin in roughly the same category. Soon he may even realize that the correct metaphor is that he is in a nation of dogs who are attacking the people in Korea.
