Subject: Pinochet diagnosis
I see that UK officials have decided against releasing details on General Pinochet's condition. So, as an American, I would be happy to plug the information gap and share my relevant expertise on this subject. Pinochet is clearly suffering from a condition that we Americans term "Mafia dons' disorder." In the U.S., this is a well-known clinical condition characterized by organized-crime bosses experiencing the complete collapse of all their major organs and undergoing total physical and mental incapacitation as they approach a trial date. As is true for these "capos," my prognosis is that the general will experience a remarkable strengthening of his vital signs as the risk of any legal action against him recedes.
