Which it seems would be surprisingly easy. I didn't realize until Friday's congressional debate that legislation has already been passed that provides for a vote on continued US membership in the WTO if just one member of Congress requests it. Ron Hall requested it, so now it's being debated. And US withdrawal would be tantamout to WTO abolition. So any time the AFL-CIO decided to put its considerable weight on the side of US withdrawal, instead of blocking China's accession, the door is always open.
