Follow out the logic of the interventionists and the fundamental democratic unit is the ethnic group, which, given the mixing of groups in the Balkans, requires lots of displacement. When Serbs do it, it's genocide; when others do it, it's in the pursuit of self-determination.
Seems like a multiculturalism based on purified units living in isolation rather than people of all sorts mixing it up with each other.
