Brad,

Why the wow? Are you trying to say that Carrol, by virtue of arguing that it would not have been politically smart to assassinate Hitler in 1938, is arguing that Hitler was worthy of support? That would be about the only wow I could come up with. Obviously that ain't where Carrol's coming from. I would venture (i.e. speculate) that C is arguing that *strategically* it wouldn't have been a good idea. Now, where is the wow in that?
