This is untrue. Chomsky has given relatively detailed descriptions of what he feels should replace corporate capitalism, namely, a libetarian socialist society making economic decisions from the bottom up through a network of interrelated councils with a participatory democratic structure.
You may not like his solution, but you can't pretend that it doesn't exist.
Moreover, it's kind of ridiculous to expect that every critique have a viable alternative to what he or she is analysing; "You can't cure cancer? Well then just shut up talking about how bad it is!"
