Virgin Mary appears in streaky window near Elian Gonzalez

I am not sure if the Virgin's appearance is in support of Elian Gonzalez's 
stay in the United States or a challenge to make better glass cleaner 
(after all she could be the "Martha Stewart" of holy apparitions).
