I wrote earlier that only socialists had been touched, this is not exactly true : there is one more seat for the greens (Hascoet, state secretary for Economie Solidaire, how do you translate that...) bringing the number to 2, one more communist, they are now 4 (Duffour state secretary for cultural decentralization and patrimony-???)
most of those small readjustments are due to the results of recent elections where it appeared that the greens and the communists had a bigger base than when the first Jospin gvt was formed. JC Helary
