Ken, what do you mean by "radical democratic"? Is it merely your term or are you using it in the technical sense it has acquired as the label for a specific anti-socialist movement, associated in particular with Laclau & Mouffe? If the former, explain what you (or Zizek) mean by it. If the latter, see the critique of Laclau & Mouffe by Geras in NLR and Ellen Wood's *Retreat from Class: A New 'True' Socialism*.
