CB: Probably, but ever notice that Jeffrey Dahmer ( he killed people and then eat them), Timothy McVeigh, the Columbine boys, Hitler for that matter, and many other mass murderers and miscreants were reportedly not on drugs. Maybe if they had taken something they would have calmed down.
