<< Justin--There is at least one big building in Columbus named after Vern; the Riffe Center or something like that?

I been in the Riffe center many times; there's a theater there, righta cross the Capitol Blg. Big bust of Vern, looks like it's made of chewing gum.

> I'll ask John Boy about Vern's run in's with the law; I do know he had a close scrape or two with the law.

My also-Ohioan co-clerk and I cannot agree on what Vern was convicted of. she thinks it was tax fraud; I of campaign contribution violations.

> But, then what visionary leader of the people doesn't? :o). According to John Boy, Vern was as clean as a whistle. John Boy should know he started running errands for Vern in his early teens.

I hope the statute of limitations has run for him.

> I find it much more interesting talking about dead American politicians, than
dead foreign politicians.

Depends on who.
