The latest UE rate is 3.9, by which standard AG would be the greatest central banker in US history and a hero to the working class.

We are reduced to theories about why he has no role in what's going on, or why he's doing something he'd rather not do because of external pressures. I think there is something in these theories, but it's not an easy case to make.
