Unless you are playing St. Peter, sending souls to heaven or hell, whether Stalin was personally better or worse than Hitler seems a silly question. Taken as a whole, the Soviet Union in the 1930s and 1940s was certainly not in Nazi Germany's league as a threat to humans. And even by mere counting standard, even accepting the Black Book figures (which are absurd), the cost in human life of Hitler's regime was immeasurably greater.
Incidentally, I haven't been following this thread. What or who is the PLC?
