Doesn't seem to be in the Sourcebook of Criminal Justice Statistics <http://www.albany.edu/sourcebook/>. Try the Bureau of Justice Stats helpdesk <mailto:askbjs at ojp.usdoj.gov>.

The Sourcebook has more data on cops being shot.
