Sweeney after China

It is interesting that Sweeney, in his mention of the ILO meeting and
enforcement of ILO standards, chose not to mention that the U.S. has
signed precious few of the ILO's fundamental conventions.  Or that he
and labor intend to fight to foculs attention on prison labor,
sweatshops, etc. here in the USA.
