Davis' words must get through unscathed by the legislature and made into law. Many things can happen in that process but hopefully what you say will come to pass. As I understand it, only those in home workers who live in public authority counties will be getting this raise. That is about seven counties out of over 30 have set up public authorities - the majority of the 180,000 in home workers will not be getting this raise until and if their counties go public authority.
