do you think that means vote fraud then max.  i've always understood that 
recounts don't end up matter that much in the end.  but this is a very 
vague memory and i've not bothered to look it up and check.

pinellas co:  the republic north part of the county apparently double 
counted the votes there.  that was the latest local news.

what abt the Harris glitch in Valousia Co?
