Defense of Medicare info?

I don't have any info re: articles, but the best source for Medicare info,
and an all-around useful site in general, is the Health Care Finance Agency
web site.  They administer Medicare/Medicaid and also have oversight
responsibilities for nursing homes.

There's a section for reasearchers on their site that's full of stats which
could probably be used to rebut your opponent.
