You know how much I love Al Gore, and pardon me
if I am misinterpreting, but I don't take the
Dade County incident as cause for any sort
of gratification. This was a fascistic
goon squad, pure and simple, brazenly & publicly
disrupting a democratic election, with
precious little media criticism. I don't
think we would look well upon a similar episode
involving nazis and social-dems. I think
this definitely lowers the bar of whatever
state of democratic civility we have.
