Recently, I wrote to the DTIC asking them for a report bibliography that contained the word "Information Warfare." About 3 weeks later I received 100-pages of reports dealing with the topic "Information Warfare". Also included was information on how to obtain these reports. Anyway, one word that kept popping up as I flipped through the 100-page bibliography was the word "Network centric Warfare". I'll have more to say about this word in the future.
