"Small investor" sounds like a sleeker version of the "widows and orphans" that were popular at one time..Several questions. 1) What is a small investor? How small does one have to be to be a small investor? 2) How many small investors are there? 3) How much of the market do these strange creatures constitute? 4) And what difference will it make if they do panic?
