The blinking could be attributed to lying.  Rapid, frequqent blinking is
observed in people telling falsehoods.  As for the other behaviors I have
said all along he acts in a way that makes me wonder if he is intoxicated in
some way. As a card carrying wiseass I often say that W. looks like a
chihuaua on crack.

I'm not sure if it is habit or chemicals, but I find his frequent bouts of
yelling and hand flailing troubling.  He was better during the debates for
the most part, but I saw him on Larry King and for a small portion of the
time he'd answer calmly, the rest of the time he was shaking, waving, and
nearly yelling.

I would not venture a guess why he acts so erratic, but I think it pretty
obvious he does act in such a manner quite often.  I know if I saw someone
on the street flailing about as W. does, I'd move to the other side of the
lane.
