i thought the list marxists might see some sardonic humor in this ETS
AP-EURO listserve exchange (the "pseudo Marxists" referred to are the
AP-EURO test-makers):

first teacher: "Can we omit 19th century EURO history for the next AP exam?"

second teacher: "Oh, just forget the 19th century."

third teacher: "Don't do it! If the past couple of years are any guide,
DESPITE the alleged balance of time periods, the 19th century is hit pretty
hard! The pseudo Marxists LOVE this time period because they get to go off
on capitalism as if it was still that way!"
