weekends and the working class

Chuck O -- aside from the very good point that weekends for most working
people who have them off consist largely of unpaid chores, there are a
heck of a lot of workers who do work on weekends.

If you shop on weekends the overwhelming majority of retail stores are
open with people working, So  are resteraunts. If you go the parks or
beaches you are likely to find park employees there on weekends.

Should you be injured and brought to the hospital nurses and even a few
doctors work weekends.

Ands, as  you and I both found  in  Seattle, there are  weekend shifts
for the Police as well.
