I would like to repeat my original response. I would expect "Bourgeois liberal" not to be used much because those who might use it would regard it as a redundancy. Accordingly, it rather misfires as irony. Eliminating the redundancy, "I guess I'm a bourgeois" or "I guess I'm a liberal" don't have much zing.
