say. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=3> There is a newish Verso book with these papers
and more, for those that might want to peruse between covers. When I was
skimming the Robert Dahl, I was put off by the length- who reads really long
texts on a computer screen?. Anyway, hope this Belgrade Circle, that initiated
those discussions comes to a better end, than the Praxis group, that was written
about in Lingua Franca, a while back.</FONT></DIV>
