<p><br>Full-time revolutionaries have a different perspective from that
of the working class and so can develop interests contray to the interests
of those they're working for. Capitalism creates the seeds of it's
destruction in it's exploitation of workers. By removing someone
from the working class you remove them from those seeds. You also
have the potential to develop an elite, such an elite has the potential
to form a new ruling class.
