<HTML><FONT SIZE=2>I can't speak for all my fellow Puerto Ricans, but "we" feel that being <BR>Puerto Rican in the US trumps skin color. We see each other as Puerto Rican, <BR>not black and white. This is mostly true of Puerto Ricans living in the US, <BR>not necessarily in Puerto Rico, where there is still plenty of racism left, <BR>although it was not codified inot law.
