<Searching on the Net for Hegel's ethics, I get the <predictably depressing http://www.connect.net/ron/hegel.html
You will find a lot more on Hegel and ethics at;
http://www.marxists.org/reference/archive/hegel/
which has a whole section of Hegel-by-hypertext
Included is the third section Of the Philosophy of Right entitled "Ethical Life". As well as the section from the phenomenology C/(BB)Spirit. Which are good primers.
Also you can find a chapter of Tony Smiths book on line if you search through this site
http://home.mira.net/~andy/ This is the homepage of a chap called Andy Blunden who has written stuff online about ethics/Hegel/Marx etc
Both of these links have extensive primary and secondary texts on line that should keep you busy but you will not find many "stone plain dumb contradictions".
