Right. That's my goal for this year and from the sounds I heard at last night's Mobilization for Global Justice, it seems like the NGOs want to talk about aboliton too.

I've been working with local activists for the past 2 months on preliminary planning for our Fall protests against the World Bank and IMF. You are all invited to come to D.C. to help us raise our voices for abolition.

INTERNATIONALISM IN PRACTICE

An American soldier in a hospital explained how he was wounded: He said, "I was told that the way to tell a hostile Vietnamese from a friendly Vietnamese was to shout ‘To hell with Ho Chi Minh!’ If he shoots, he’s unfriendly. So I saw this dude and yelled ‘To hell with Ho Chi Minh!’ and he yelled back, ‘To hell with President Johnson!’ We were shaking hands when a truck hit us."
