Nope. Capital is a social relation, not a thing; it's the totality of all the property relations, relations of exchange, etc. in the world-system. Darn difficult to describe, let alone combat seriously. We might as well call every worker an investor in their own human capital (a.k.a. labor-power), every wage-worker their own private corporation -- usually, one heavily in debt to the rich. But the kids need the money *right now*, in the form of good schools, decent neighborhoods, clean air, parks, etc. If New Labor can't deliver a measly bundle of cash to children in less than 18 years, then, really, what's the point of voting for such a party?
