Yeah, and we have lots of bombs too, which also helps.

But that's a net debt figure I quoted - debts owed to foreigners less foreigners' debts owed to U.S. creditors. Is there any comparable figure for Brazil?

-Ahhhh!!! I didn´t understand well the net debt. In Brazil we probably don´t have too much debt owed to us. I will try to find this data, but I would estimate our net debt in 35% at least.
