Do you really mean to assert that it is preposterous arrogance for Singer to assert that life is not something to which all beings have an equal right? I find it preposterous that the right to life of a mosquito is equal to mine or that e coli have a right to life at all.

Singer's critics lambaste him for attributing a similar right to life of adult apes and people on the ground they are both persons. What you SAY is much more radical than anything Singer has ever said.

Did you MEAN that it is preposterous arrogance for him to assert that not all members of the human species have an equal right to life? Even that would contradict the vast majority of those who are pro-choice. Do you take the standard "conservative" position that all members of the human species, including zygotes, conceptus, etc. have the same right to life?
