Spiegel has come out with an article (in their culture, not their politics 
section) on Bush's "illiteracy" (analphabetism), accompanied by a "dyslexicon".

"With George W. Bush America is venturing into new rhetorical dimensions. 
The new man in the Whitehouse expresses what no one has dared say before. 
For example: 'I understand small business growth. I was one'."
