OK, all I see is a strong warning not to privilege oral sources exclusively over more "concrete" sources (at least, not without good reason), such as physical artefacts and written records; I agree with that. However, that doesn't mean that all sources of information that aren't "concrete" are necessarily utterly useless or (deliberately?) falsified.
