Are there figures available on the number of "excess deaths" in the fSU during the last 10 years?

-Probably in the range of 3-5 million. Less than the 30´s (but the economic -results in the 30´s were much better). On the other hand, the mortality only -started to increase in 92-93, so we don´t have 10 year figures.
