The dynamic here seems pretty clear.  Israel or Hamas kills
somebody, Arafat is blamed for being too close to the other
side, and then Hamas or Israel kills somebody.  By all
appearances the Israeli Gov will kill Arafat and destroy
the Palestinian Authority before twelve months have passed.
This would put a much more dangerous face on any expansion
of the 'war on terror' beyond Afghanistan.

We could hypothesize that the Israeli model -- endless terrorism
and state repression as a bulwark against any progressive change --
will be the domestic content of the New World Order.  Who 'started
it' becomes irrelevant.  It just goes on.
