It has become necessary to notify all divisions that CCE [Coca Cola Enterprises] has become the target of pending lawsuits from 16 states including Washington and California. CCE has estimated that the total cost of the suits could exceed $110 billion dollars.
3,600 employees or former employees of CCE, have or will file suits ranging from Sexual to Racial Discrimination in the immediate future. Internal sources have gained information speculating that many of the suitors are working to integrate their law suits into one national law suit against CCE. CCE believes the outlined action will be catastrophic for CCE and the Coca-Cola Company.
