Rally For John Byrd, Jr. Fountain Square 5th & Vine St. Cincinnati, Ohio January 7, 2002 Starting at 12:00 Noon.

Help stop the execution of an innocent man.

Fountain Square is next to the Federal Building where the 6th Circuit Federal Court is preparing to make a final decision on John Byrd's appeal.

John Byrd, Jr. needs all the support he can get now. Help us spread the word and bring all the people you can. PAN-Ohio (Prisoners' Advocacy Network-Ohio -- for more info on PAN-Ohio, visit <http://www.pan-ohio.org/>) and CURE-Ohio (Citizens United for Rehabilitation of Errants-Ohio -- for more info on CURE-Ohio, visit <http://www.cureohio.org/>) are organizing this rally with the help of John Byrd's family and local activists in Cincinnati.

Let's show the Federal Court in Cincinnati and the entire state of Ohio how much support John has. Spread the word and put this notice out on the listservs and activate the phone trees for this rally.
