8) Jian Zemin of China. He's taken the art of getting bribed to a new level.
7) Kim Chong-IL of North Korea. He's not "Big Brother", he's "Fat Brother" despite N. Korea's austerity.
6) Geraldo Rivera. Post-modern day incarnation of "cold war" liberal.
5) Tony Blair. Thought I was going to puke during his and Bush's performance at the American version of "Triumph of the Will" (Bush's speech to Congress after the terrorist attacks)
4) Henry Kissinger. Don't know exactly what evil deeds he engaged in this year, but he has enough on his slate that he will be on my list for years to come.
3) Israel's Sharon. Makes his predecessors look like softies.
2)George W. Bush. Too mediocre and stupid to be number one on any list except "Most Dumb and mediocre list".
1st runner up) Attorney General John Ashcroft. The "Bill of Rights" is just paper after all, right?
