Cousin by speculation, or fact? [Spencer Abraham]

Coincidence. P. Abraham is Hindi(?). When you type in `abraham and enron' in google, the first site comes up with a P. Abraham, secretary of Power for the government of India. In 1994 another secretary of Power negociated a deal with Enron, and it seems that P. Abraham has to struggle with this very unpopular privatization deal.
It was a joke about Spencer Abraham and his obnoxious dealings with the state of California, over virtually the same issue---a screw job by Enron. The article on India is here:
