Of course not. _Empire_ is a currently fashionable attack on the working class, while Popper's works have long been rejected by serious thinkers. I haven't read carefully any works of phrenology either. Does one really have to study every dead corpse in the history of thought? How carefully have you considered the arguments of Origen? He's at least as current as Popper.
