U.S. To Maintain Balkans Peace Duty

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Seeking to calm European fears, the Bush administration said Thursday it will not ``cut and run'' from its peacekeeping duties in the Balkans.
The State Department also warned rioting ethnic Albanians to ``cease immediately'' their violent demonstrations against peacekeepers in Kosovo....
