... to boldly go where no wonk has gone before -- what twaddle. With the Big Creep himself as example, the Clintonites seemed mainly concerned with self-preservation, which doesn't seem that heretical an idea.

In that and other ways, Clinton does remind me of Harding. And I have the feeling that Clinton is destined to be seen as the same colossal figure as H. in the eyes of history.
