Its main watchdog group, Tennessee Valley Energy Reform Coalition, now gets much funding from TVA itself. Try TVERC's webpage, fgs.org, I think. And try searching the archives of the Knoxville News Sentinel, knoxnews.com, and of the Nashville and Chattanooga papers.
