Hmm, where does the technical leave off and the social begin? Presumably at the point of revolution, where in the post-capitalist society we might find we have inherited a whole host of "technical problems", i.e., social problems. For ex: is commuting to work a technical network or a social network?
((((((((((
CB: The social problems are class or power between people or property ownership relationships. Class relationships are relationships between people with respect to things , technological "problems" being a form of things. The technical leaves off where the private property ownership of basic technologies dominates the relationship with the human producers, etc. see Grundisse or something.
Commuting to work is pretty adequately technically provided for these days. Any problems arising therein are probably especially class related, i.e. related to private ownership of the basic means of producing means of transportation.
This does not mean that technical problems cannot arise related to depletion of the resource oil.
