NARAL on its own wouldn't have mentioned the bombing of Iraq, but at the protest a bunch of different groups showed up (the turnout was about 100), with a few NARAL activists in attendance dwarfed by others.
Sullivant Elementary School, which Bush visited, is surrounded by low-income, predominantly African-American neighborhoods, so lots of African-American showed up, with signs highlighting black disfranchisement.
A motley crew of local leftists (mainly religious lefties), naturally, brought signs protesting the bombing & made sure they were visible to TV cameras -- which got us a precious media exposure of less than one second. :(
