It's only a small point, but the right keeps mentioning the poor coffee lady as if she was some kind of fraud.

I forget her name, but the coffee, from McDonalds, was just below the boiling point. There was some reason they kept it that hot that made it cheaper for them. They had been warned by other people who had suffered burns when they took McD's coffee from that outlet into their cars. She was quite old, and her skin correspondingly fragile. When it spilled on her thighs and genital area she required extensive hospitalization and skin grafts. Not trivial at all. McDonalds had to pay handsomely for her damages, and rightly.
