Corporatism and fascism--Query

Can anyone tell me the source of the following quote by Mussolini, which
has appered frequently on the internet without a specific reference:
"Fascism should more appropriately be called 'Corporatism' because it is
a merger of State and corporate power" ? 

Also, can anyone suggest where to locate a good defination or
explanation of corporatism in Italism fascism?
